• Indicate what it is about them that the industry rates highly
• Show how the CEO has demonstrated exemplary leadership in the 12 months prior to the entry
• Provide evidence of outstanding achievements that have been a result of the influence of the CEO
• Demonstrate how the CEO has contributed and succeeded in achieving industry goals loyalty
