Open to: All low cost carriers who have a dedicated website on which passenger can book tickets.
Entries should focus on both the functionality and content of the website.
Criteria
Judges will be paying particular attention to:
- Functionality and ease of use when the customer is booking tickets
- Content of the website both the essential information, such as the terms and conditions of the booking and also additional information which will enhace the passenger experience such as recommended travel to and from airport and destination information.
